The Florentine Opera Company
Milwaukee’s Florentine Opera Company is Wisconsin’s oldest and most enduring performing arts organization. It is also the fifth oldest opera company in the United States.
THE PROJECT
To celebrate its special 75th anniversary year, The Florentine enlisted Johnson Direct to develop a new logo, develop the theme for its 75th anniversary season, and update its website and PR activities.
The new look and theme was designed with “contemporary fun” in mind. The trick was to balance the old with new, keeping loyal patrons while simultaneously attracting newer, younger audience members.
